Mark Ross is a commercial photographer who has been shooting a wide range of photo assignments since 1988. He works for a vaiety of advertising agencies, corporate clients, and magazines, as well as for individuals in need of high impact or professional headshots. He is an honor graduate from the prestigious Brooks Insitute of Photography.

General Information:

All headshots are digital. We shoot using a high resolution system tethered to a computer which allows us to "proof-on-the-fly". This instant feedback will assure you that we are getting exactly what you want.

Final selections may be made on the spot, or we will make digital proof sheets for you to make your final selection.

All final images from your order will receive "light" to "moderate" retouching. Image files are provided on CD and prints are made with archival inks.

Unless the headshots are for the purpose of resale, all fees are subject to California sales tax.

Headshots for Business:

Business headshots may be shot either in the studio or on location. Studio sessions are flat fees based on the number of people. Location shoots are based on an hourly rate + expenses.

The quality of the images and service is identical whether the shoot is done in the studio or your office. If we photograph at your location, approximately 8 X 20 feet of unobstructed space will be required for best results. You may note that at about 5 individuals it usually becomes cost effictive to schedule the shoot at your office providing less disruption to your office workday.

Final images are usually saved as high resolution jpegs as well as medium sized high quality jpeg's. These files are suitable for delivery via internet for uses such as print, press release, etc. Photshop or Tiffs will be provided if prefered.

Payment from qualified businesses are normally invoiced with 15 day terms. Please allow several days for delivery, as all final headshots are retouched, which requires time. Rush service can usually be accommodated.

STUDIO SESSIONS: Individuals are $200. Ordering alternate or additional poses is $35ea. To qualify for "group rates", we schedule in blocks. See rates below: 1 person $200ea $200 total 2 people $165ea $330 total 3 people $140ea $420 total 4 people $120ea $480 total 5 or more $110ea $550 min.

SESSIONS AT YOUR LOCATION: Rates are hourly with a two hour minimum. Fees are $175/hr. In addition, a $35 processing fee is applied to each individual. In a standard office envirnoment, we usually photograph one individual every 10-15 minutes. One hour is required for setup and tear-down. Example for five individuals: time (2hrs X $175) + processing (5pers. X $35) = $525 Parking, FedEx, and misc. charges may apply.

Headshots for Modeling and Theatrical portfolios:

Basic headshot sessions for portfolio and publicity are done in the studio. The fee is $375 and includes the following:

CD of entire shoot

(3) Retouched finals

(3) 8X10 Prints

2+ hour session. No limit on exposures, looks, or wardrobe changes.

A make-up area and changing area is provided. You may bring a stylist if desired.

The entire shoot is burned to CD, (uncropped and unretouched), as high resolution jpegs.

Three final retouched 8 X 10 prints with image files are provided in web and print resolutions.

Additional retouched images with prints are $35 each. Most shoots yield 4 to 6 final portfolio images.

$375 is due at the end of the studio session. Additional print and retouching orders are due on delivery.
